Delivery/Pick-up Policy

WHEN DO YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?

In most cases, we ship within 24 hours of the day of purchase. If you place your order after 3pm or on the weekend, your order will be processed the next business day. Please note, your order will not process until payment for the order has cleared.

 

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE?

We deliver to surrounding areas on the date of purchase, and 2-5 days in areas further away.

 

WHEN CAN I DO AN IN STORE PICK-UP?

Anytime during our operating hours:

Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

Saturdays 9AM-1:30PM

 

RETURNS

Chrome Furnishers will gladly accept returns on faulty and unused products within 3 days after you have received your purchase by providing us with your Chrome Furnishers invoice.  If you wish to make a return, please contact: sales@chromefurn.co.za

  • Your purchase may be refunded within 3 days of the collection/delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card.
  • Products must have original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. (Proof of purchase is sent out to you via email after purchasing)
  • Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
